Our COVID Policy (As of March 1st, 2022)
COVID-19 continues to affect our surrounding communities. Norwill Healthcare Services is determined to keep our clients and employees safe and protected at all times.
To keep our customers safe from the pandemic, we have implemented a questionnaire designed for the client and employee.
If any of our employees show any symptoms related to COVID-19, we make sure they do not enter your home and are immediately sent to their doctors for proper evaluation. From there, a licensed healthcare professional can determine if a test is needed or not.
All of our caregivers are equipped with the right PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) when they enter our client's homes.
If one of our dedicated caregivers' contracts COVID-19, they remain home and are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines.
